A crowd of more than 400 was on hand when AMERICASMART-ATLANTA, co-sponsors of the July 2002 Atlanta International Area Rug Market with the Oriental Rug Retailers of America (ORRA), announced the winners of the Retailer of the Year (ROY) Awards. Creative Selling: Rugs Under Foot (Richmond, Virginia); Outstanding Merchandising: NW Rugs (Wilsonville, Oregon); Oriental Rug Specialist(s): Albed Rug Company (Wayne, Pennsylvania) and Caroll Rug (Depew, New York); Rug/Floor Covering Specialist: Airbase Carpets (New Castle, Delaware); Furniture Store: Gabbert's Furniture & Design Studio (Minneapolis, Minnesota).
